Can anyone tell me what this is?

I'm fairly new to fish keeping and I got what I think is ich. I've treated my 37 gallon tank for 7 days with ich-x. I raised the temp to 86° F. I didn't see any signs of ich after the 7 days so I lowered temp back to normal. Two days later I saw this (pic below). Now I'm not sure if it is ich.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

That looks like ich the fact that it cleared up when treating with ick x  what I would treat with ick x again till you see no visible spots after that treat for 5  more days as ich parasites can still be in your substrate

I wouldn't treat for 5 more days after you cant see any more signs. The ich parasite cant live without a host for more then 48hrs. So I would treat for one day after you see no more signs and also do a quick gravel vac. Thats what I have done in the passed and it has worked really well for me.
