Growth on Angel

Came home from a few days away and this guy had this growth. Anything to do besides quarantine/med trio? Water parameters normal good with regular water changes.

Hoping this one posts properly. In an established tank. No Ammonia or Nitrite. Nitrate at 40 and pH of 7.

That looks like an rectal   prolapse recommend treating with epsom salts baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes 3 times a day that will help your fish reabsorb the prolapse

Thanks so much! Any idea what tends to cause a it? (From a preventative standpoint)

It's usually caused by them straining to pass eggs or constipation
