Sombat
If I am reading this correctly, the water hardness is off the charts. Is there a way to correct this?
Administrators Cory Posted May 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 28, 2021 What does your tap water look like? Is it lower than what's in the tank? This can often happen from people just topping off the aquarium with water and not changing.
Sombat
Hi Cory. Thanks for your reply. I just tested my tap water. It too looks very hard off the chart. I did water change in my tank about two weeks ago. I just received your test strips that I ordered today. Here’s the results of the tap water. Sarina
Looks like my tap water down here in North Texas. Gh is always off the chart, but kh is always 40-80.
Administrators Cory Posted May 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 28, 2021 Yeah, could be just really hard tapwater then.
Beardedbillygoat1975
Good water for livebearers and African cichlids. In reality most fish will adapt especially if you’re buying local.
