Steve22601
I have a floating Christmas moss ball and want to put some of the moss in other parts of the tank. The moss has grown really well and is very bushy. Can I just cut off some of the extra moss and place it where I want? I also have a anubias nana that I crazy glued to a piece of wood by the rhyzome. Its bonded very well to the wood. Is there any way to pull it off without too much damage?
lefty o
moss you can normally just jam or wedge it someplace and it will keep on growing. as for removing glued anubia from something, depends on how much glue was used, and how much roots will be left after you pluck it from the glue. if you can get it off leaving most of the roots, it should survive fine. Griznatch
I think the key with the anubias is removing it without damaging the rhizome.
darkG
Maybe you can cut a little wood with the Anubias? I'd hesitate to take too big risks, they do grow rather slowly and larger specimens are so expensive ☺️ Moss on the other hand, just pull some out I reckon!
