Tyler LaZerte Posted May 20, 2021 Share Posted May 20, 2021 (edited) I set this aquarium up last Saturday (getting some plants on Saturday) and was wondering: Do these look like diatoms? I'm thinking yes since the top layer of my substrate is Pool Filter Sand and I know diatoms love silica.
