Isaac M Posted May 19, 2021 Share Posted May 19, 2021 That looks like a dwarf aquarium lilly to me or Nymphaea stellata just based on the leaf shape and color. What I do typically is place it in a cup or small container with water. That way it can sprout in there and then I can plant it in the aquarium with the leaves up and roots down.
