Jim TN
I took Corey's advice in one of his videos and added fish to my water iris mini ponds. The iris grow taller with larger blooms and keep the water clean for the fish (minnows and barbs😞 5

CalmedByFish
Beautiful and fun! Is your climate good for keeping the fish out all year, or will you need to bring them in for winter?
Jim TN
The rosy red minnows can stay out during the winter but all else must come inside. The minnows were poor feeder fish and I felt bad for them. Now they are having a big time every day. It has been in the mid 40's this week and had me very worried about the cherry barbs. But it warms up during the day and I use a heater and coverings at night. The male Cherry Barbs chase the poor females but they have a lot of places to hide. Plus all manner of insects, algae and other things for them to eat. They all seem happy and healthy and I have lost no fish.
