Tyler LaZerte
@louros7 Yes and it would be pretty easy! Move all the inhabitants to a 5 or 10 gallon bucket while you are changing things in the aquarium. Fill the bucket with some tank water that you already have. Make sure to add a couple drops of dechlorinator and an air stone. After you're done, move them all back to the tank. Hope this helps! 🙂🙂
louros7
And which substrate should i put , because the soils leach ammonia?
David W
I am not sure that the dennerle shrimp king soil is the right choice for neocaridina shrimp like the red cherries. They like harder water, than the caridina shrimp. The shrimp king soil appears to be formulated to drop the PH for Caridina shrimp. I am only 6 months in to keeping Cherry shrimp so please verify.
