Should I be concerned of these black spots?

I’m back everyone!!!!! My wonderful Female GloFish Betta has three weird looking black spots on her. The two smaller ones by her spine she’s had for quite some time so didn’t think anything of it. But now they are bigger and she has gained a third spot on the lower part of her body. What could it be and should I be worried? Seems to be acting normal and eating. Also, I replaced my substrate with Fluval Stratum and all though my plants are doing swimmingly thanks to a UV filter to clear up the green water I have noticed lots of tiny critters crawling all over my glass. Some are round like bugs and others squiggly like worms, and some are baby pest snails. Again, should I be concerned?
