Rishelfish
I left for vacation for a week (I don’t normally do this, and then these were in the corner of my tank, being watched mainly by my angelfish. Could they be eggs? They are very fuzzy though... and now they’ve fallen off the wall. What do I do?
Betsy
I've heard that sometimes unfertilized eggs can grow fungus...so, I think you're right! Eggs! Are there any left that aren't fuzzy? I would probably remove the fuzzy ones... (But, I am nooooo expert! Maybe one will chime in! 😬👍)
Rishelfish
There are no non-fuzzy ones but i’m not sure what to do with them at the moment. However i do have a pleco that will come out when the lights go off and i don’t want him eating anything harmful.
Colu
It's definitely fish eggs I would remove any covered in fungus as they will rot affecting you water quality if you don't want them to get fungus in the future remove the eggs to another tank or container and add a small amount of methylene blue 1.5ml for 10gallons
Ryan F
These are fungus covered eggs. Most eggs will develop fungus if you don't treat the tank shortly after they are laid.
