About Me

  1. Hi, I have been following the coop for years and lately listening to Cory talking about the 3rd trip to Peru , which raises the question to me, Is why Peru over any other spot/country on the Amazon ( or it’s tributaries) . Just very curious….
  2. So I'm going on a trip for a week in a few months and just thought about my fish. I know I can get a automatic feeder but I do have some picky fish like my puffers that only eat frozen blood worms and snails. Any ideas? Don't have anyone to come feed them
  3. I’m visiting NYC this summer, is there any amazing fish stores I need to visit while I’m there?
  4. I think I will add USB power banks to my USB air pumps in case of a power outage while gone for the holiday. Anyone else do this?
  5. I'm going out of town for the night tomorrow and plan on visiting some LFS. If they have something I can't leave without I wanted to give them a better chance to make it home. I made these using a small bag of biomedia from an established tank. I used the Aquarium Co-op Nano USB pump, Airline, and Ziss Airstone. I ran the airline through a small terracotta pot and reattached the Airstone. The weight of pot helps keep it all down. It works pretty good like an old box filter.
