Hey guys, I just got a seachem tidal 55 for a 130 litre tank. I was just wondering what intake sponge filter would probably be best to fit to it? I was thinking the large from aquarium co-op and would love to hear others thoughts, thank you.

Thank you for your comment. Sorry for the late reply, I saw your reply straight away, thank you. I tried to treat the Blue ram but sadly they passed. I continued the treatment, but it seems to be just the Pop-Eye that I may have caught too late. Thank you again for your help! I tried to give you a positive rating but am new to this so idk what I am doing wrong, but thank you. 🙂

Hi guys, I would love some help around being more confident with treating my poor fish the Blue Ram. To start with water perameters are: pH: 6.8 Ammonia: 0 Nitrite: 0 Nitrate: under 20ppmL I do weekly water changes and keep on top of this. I have had these fish in this tank for approx 3 months and I just noticed this white stuff on the the Blue Rams right eye. At first I thought it was white spot so I treated it with the Blue Planet multi-cure (why the water is green). Talked about it with the Local fishstore guy (didn't show him photos) explained the situation. He said not white spot but something else told me Bactonex should help it. After looking further when I came home and looked on Dr Google I think it may be Pop-Eye which would make sense as no new fish introduced however he could have hit his eye then it got infected maybe? Any help is much appreciated thank you!
