  6. If you can get ahold of Seachem Prime you can does every couple days until you bacteria catches up with the cycle. With Prime you'll still get ammonia or nitrites reading but it binds it so its not dangerous for 48 hours.
  7. I wouldn't use it for an aquarium, maybe wouldn't hurt to email Fluval and see if they would do anything for you.
  8. Ive had a 75 gallon tank on 1st floor with a basement and no problems your tank at 60 gallons is about 500 lbs. Should be fine as long as your stand is made for the weight.
  9. I would think ammonia killed you neon overnight same with you Beta. You need to cycle your tank to get bacteria growth to zero your ammonia and nitrates. Test strips aren't very accurate. Before you add anymore fish read up on cycling tank with ammonia. Once thats done you can keep fish.
  10. If your going fishless I wouldn't waste your Prime. All thats for is to make ammonia and nitrites safe for 48 hours for fish. If your fishless it serves no purpose for the bacteria.
  11. Glad your still here to tell us about the second worse day, any day after the worse is a blessing.
  12. Like Ken said if the rhizome is buried it will eventually die. I have those type of plants attached to drift wood and rocks and they are doing great.
  13. They are bluetooth lights you download the fluval smart app plug them in par them in the app and control them there.
  14. Im pretty sure shrimp are touchier then fish as far as water quality. If your still in cycling I don't think it would be very good for the shrimp.
  15. I add declorinater then refill with python, then when I’m done I’ll add a little more declorinater. Never had a problem in 40 plus years.
  16. I have an automatic fish feeder that I use when we go camping or visit our kids. Works great it was $16
