    Hi all. Anybody know the formula to calculate water volume in an aquarium?? I`m curious to check on a given tank size.😕

    Thats really interesting, I can`t keep guppy grass alive so I know I would have trouble with this. Good job.

    Well as I read this I wonder if your tanks have lids??? (What am I missing about this.)😕 I`m not too smart about aquariums but I don`t have evaporation with lids.

    Hi all, have decided to start over, to try and do this right. (One tank at a time.) Changing filter system and leaning towards a HOB or canister filter of some sort. (I had canister filter years ago and it leaked.) Hopefully I will be able to have pictures for this journey. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year. (Be safe.)

    I owe you an apology because I thought you had 29 different tanks. (I just realized just now that you meant you had a 29-gallon tank.) I hope I can blame this on old age.😟

    This works great, along with co-op salt / eggs. 24 hours and turn on light & they be ready. (I`ve only done this twice and both times were a success.)

    I would think you're a seasoned pro. I think a crab or three would be interesting. (Do crabs have to exit the water from time to time?) I can`t wait to see what you decide to do.

    I have to say that worked very well, NO that idea was great. I did freeze some in trays (not much water) & in a guart bag, then hit with hammer to get small pieces. (Not feeding many fish) Was interesting to watch ice melt & brine shrimp falling straight down, guppies went crazy. Thanks again.

    Has anybody used those co2 tabs with any luck?? I just tossed my java ferns, looking bad, tired of no results. Maybe I`m too impatient.

    I have had a lot of different kinds of pumps not just for aquariums... The only trouble I`ve had was with is rocks or twigs. (Items that would damage the impeller usually made of rubber.)
