60 gallons I feel like I need more fish but I don't wanna push my luck...... 15 neon tetra. 9 skirted tetra. 6 sword tails 5 silver tip tetra and 4 Cory cats and 2 bristle nose.... Thoughts?

So I am in the process of getting more fish for my 60 gallon community tank I have 10 skirted tetra, 4 neon tetras(store ran out), 5 silver tip tetra 4 Buenos Aires tertra, 5 Cory cats and 2 bristle nose.... Looking to know how many of each I could have in this thank and possibly tank mates

So I have my heater cranked and I can't get to 84°f consistently.... I go between 82 and 84 because we have the AC going do to some abnormally high temps outside.... It's a 60 gallon tank with one 150 Watt heater..... The heater works great to keep me at 76 on the normal.... Should I get a new heater or is 82 to 84 ok for treating ich.... I'm using salt and super ich cure at the moment......
