The tank is far from the sun. My dad says no matter how hard I try I cannot get a pretty tank.

I don't do naps. We do water changes once every 2 weeks. We are not allowed to do it more often. My dad has tried to use some special liquid to reduce the algae but it doesn't work. I am in China.

I only have guppies. No plants or any decorations. My dad says I can only get one. ANNOYING. My light are one for 12 hours per day. I have no way of finding out what kind of lights I have. Oh, and I cannot clean the tank or rearrange the gravel to make it pretty. My dad IS SO ANNOYING. I'm 14! Whoops. Repeated part of my previous message.

Unfortunately I am using my computer. I don't know how to upload pictures from my phone to this computer. I have a 5 gallon tank and it is covered with black algae. 2 weeks after we clean the tank and it's home to tons of algae.

My dad just won't let me buy new decorations for my tank. The algae has really taken a toll on our tank. He's afraid that the decorations will be covered with algae.

My betta died eating a neon tetra. Now I have 2 guppies. Any ideas on how to stop the algae and keep them entertained?

Anyone got any ideas on how I can get my neon tetras to eat?

And I my neon tetras won't eat anything.

I can only get guppy grass. And I want to feed the neon tetras with Betta food, but my Betta will get overfed because she will eat the food. What should I do?

My tetras were juveniles and don't nip fins. I am keeping them in a group of eight.

First of all, my Betta could only catch the neon tetra with swim bladder disease and was almost dead. The others are too quick for her, but she still tries to eat them. Second, she isn't as active as she was before the neon tetras came, and they aren't eating the algae or fin nipping.
