  1. @JChristophersAdventures Hi there! Yes, that was my intent however I ended up just ordering an acrylic tank with a black background.
  2. Sent friend requests to all of you that posted their codes 😄.
  3. Thank you for remembering @nabokovfan87 😃. Yes, I did end up using the plywood. @Lennie My son won “Candy” (who ended up being a boy) at a fair. Once I convince my wife about getting a stock tank for the backyard Candy will venture outside. Asking for forgiveness would not fly in this case 😂.
  4. It’s doing great, thanks for asking @nabokovfan87 😄. I have since used the same type of foam underneath my second 50 gal acrylic. It was time to put my old glass one out to pasture (aka. my garage). Having a difficult time letting it go 😆.
  5. I love the combination of the Anglerfish gyotaku above the 45 gallon. Do you have other pieces?
  6. I personally like “Mittens” 😄.
  7. I am no expert but I have found the easiest way to sex goldfish is whether they have breeding stars/tubercles on their gill plates and pectoral fins. Adult males have them and females do not. With regards to venting, females protrude and males do not. Based on your photos I am guessing: 1. M, 2. F, 3. F, 4. M, 5. M, 6. F Females are also rounder in shape and are chased by the males relentlessly during breeding. There are videos on YouTube that can better elaborate my Cliff Notes explanation. Hope this helps.
