Coebra

Here are the pictures.

I have a celestial pearl danio that has a white object protruding from it's side. I observed for a while and it seemed that the white part came out or fell off and left somewhat of a hole in the side of her. She does appear to be a bit bloated as well. I am worried about the rest of my tank. Any thoughts on what this could be? I tried to add picture, but I'm not sure if I am doing it correctly.
