20 ppm nitrate 0 nitrate Super hard water I live in Texas 40 kh 7.4 ph They are kept at 80 degrees fahrenheit

My oranda goldfish recently got infected and I don't know what to treat him with. I don't know if what disease it is can someone help.ive tried the trio on new fish in a quarantine tank but they've all died I'm afraid I could lose him he's my favorite fish .he's in a 125gal with two koi fish 😢
