YES! LOTS of caves and plants for them!

This b. heteroclita is NOT thriving in my tank. But my parrots LOVE to sleep in it. We call it their "tree." What can I plant/glue in its place to give them their hidey tree? Note: tree's current condition is in the second photo, without the parrot.

Ok, I have this same plant, supposedly. It came from Petco in a tube. But mine has totally died, and I read in another forum that the b. heteroclita wasn't meant to be grown submerged. This is my before/after a month. in the water. Mine had little plantlets on the leaves, too, with little roots, but they've all just withered and melted.

I have these two plants; I purchased them from Petco. They told me to just plop them in and they'd be fine. But some leave are turning yellow. I don't know what kind they are: Petco said they were amazon sword? How do I take care of them properly? They are encased in a ball of some sort, with Christmas moss around it. The roots are growing out of the balls at this point.
