The media is still churning very well, which is why I thought it was somewhat odd.

I have a question about the Ziss filter. I have been running it around 6 weeks now. When it first started use, there was a steady and consistent bubble stream. About 2 days ago it began to be somewhat interrupted, for lack of a better word. A stream of bubbles exits there is a very brief pause and then another stream of bubbles exit. Is this normal? I have cleaned the sponge when I do water changes. Thanks!

Hello All, First post here. I got a never clod air stone a couple months ago and it has been working well. I have noticed a slow change in bubble output, which I am assuming is due to it getting dirty (very hard water where I live). So, my question, how do you clean this thing. Can the felt portion be cleaned, which is where I am assuming it is clogging. Can it be soaked in vinegar and then rinsed throughly? Do I just need to replace the felt parts?
