  1. I was sitting at my desk and I saw these little bug like crawling on the bottom of my tank, any guess on what they are? They look like tiny little grey bugs with a bunch of legs
  2. @gardenman i totally agree with you i didn't even try to get mine to breed but they did anyway
  3. i usually just buy what i was making an order for and then i add stuff that i will need in the near future. For example my most recent order was a pre-filter sponge and some xtreme nano.
  4. The dwarf sagitarrya is perfectly fine it is just the natural process of the adaptation to a new environment. i had dwarf sag in one of my tanks and it did the same thing and then a few weeks later it started shooting off runners.
  5. Preview Preview 9:34 Petsmart Top Fin 5 Gallon Glass Aquarium $49.99 Unboxing ... YouTube · More Aquarium Co-Op Sep 20, 2017 here is the one that i use, @Cory did a review on it
  6. those ended up being the two that had the babies.
  7. today i got the bn pleco fry out of my filter😐 and made a co-op order with a pre-filter sponge so that the fry cant go in the filter.
  8. Is there any body else here who just loves bn Plecos i personally have three adults and about 70 fry.
  9. they look to me to be white cloud montain minows
  10. the algae on the scarlet temple looks to be black beard algae.
  11. the brown algae on the wood is called black beard algae, the way that i would recommend to combat that is by taking out the drift wood and putting hydrogen peroxide on it until the brown algae turns red and then you can scrape it off.
  12. i'm like 90% sure that it is a gold stripe panaque
  13. is there any way that i can stop them from breeding, and would it work if i do some algae wafers and some frozen brine shrimp?
  14. I am not 100% sure but i dont think it would count as self promotion. beautiful tank.
  15. this morning when i went to feed the fish i saw at least 35 baby bristlenose plecos i'm guessing they are about 2 weeks old, any advice on what to do with them is welcome. i have a 29 gallon tank that i could put them in temporarily.
  16. I would probably just wait one more day to see if it comes up but if not maybe check the bonsai tree. I have had this problem with one of my neon tetras and then one day it just popped up out of nowhere. Great looking tank by the way
  17. it was a long-fin bristlenose pleco, it was about about 1 year and a few months old, it wasn't eating as much as the outer now that i think about it.
  18. i dont think that it is scales because i have two of this speicies and only the one has it. it could posibly just be a color pattern and maybe it died from other causes.
  19. i have recently had a long-fin bristlenose pleco die and i noticed that it had a weird lines (it was almost like a Bunche of little square outlines) on its back that developed over time and I was wondering if this could have been what caused it to die?
  20. Here is the UV Sterilizer that i use for two of my biggest tanks ( 37 gallon, 29 gallon) and it works perfectly and i have never had an algae bloom since i started using them. I personally don't think that there is anything wrong with this UV Sterilizer, it is a little bulky but if you get some tall plants to cover it it's fine. This UV Sterilizer is good because it has some good flow and is just over all a good UV Sterilizer. The name of it is "COODIA Internal Green Water Killer Filter Aquarium Tank U-V Pump"
