I’m with you I don’t clean my as often as I should. I also use tap water. Prime Time Aquatics has a really informative video on using tap water and how it’s not harmful as long as it’s not long term.

I know Cory has mentioned where he got his ponds from but I can’t remember what video I saw it. Does anyone know or can provide any insight?

I've officially hit NERM status because I'm moving in a month or two, starting breaking down a few tanks a few weeks ago to get ready to get ready. Just bought and set up 2 tanks last night. The withdrawals are real.

Hey I’m a newbie to plants. I bought two vallisneria plants for my cichlid tank. Can I simply just put the plant in the planter? Do I need to remove anything like the plastic on the bottom of the plant? Both came from Aquarium Co-op. Thanks!
