  1. My 10 gallon tank has 3 neon and 3 Mickey Mouse Platy. It is planted with a variety of wonderful plants from your store. I have an aqueous hanging filter and a sponge filter. I cycled it with the plants in it and let it run after that for a couple of weeks before adding first the platy, then the neons. It was crystal clear until last week. Now it is white and cloudy. It was so bad, I couldn't even see in the tank last week, I did a 25% water change. It's still cloudy but less so now. It was nice for about 6 weeks (just like the top tank) and now this. Does anybody know what could be causing it and how to clear it up?
  2. About 4 days now. I moved around some of the plants and can't find him. I did add live blackworms in case he was still in there somewhere alive.
  3. My Betta is alone in a fully planted 10 gallon tank. I added a frog and he had disappeared by the next morning. The whole day he was there, my betta showed no interest in it. Will a betta eat an entire frog in one day?
  4. Yes, that's a potted plant. All my plants arrived frozen solid. This has nothing to do with AC. The post office delayed shipping, the plants arrived in my city and were then sent to a different city, then delivered to me and left outside on the ground in 12 degree weather. So my question is: Can I save them? I'm heartbroken.
  5. Do they replace the filters that hang off the back of tanks? Do I need both types of filters?
  6. I have root tabs and Easy Green (?). I'll try vinegar. Hopefully that will take care of it. I'm not rushing a thing. I have a lid with LED lights. I'm worried the betta will pull up the plants. Don't they like to move rocks around?
  7. I have a 10 gallon tank hanging around collecting dust. I have a few questions. 1. This tank has a white film on the glass that I can't get rid of. Actually I can't tell if it's on the outside or inside of the tank. I've tried just plain bleach, hot water and scrubbing. Nothing. It's still there. Is there anything else I can try? 2. I ordered some java moss, moss ball, baby tears, water sprite, java fern, and a Christmas moss bridge. I don't want to put anything in that can wreck his fins. He is going to be the only fish. I will be adding some Amano Shrimp later. Are there any other plants I should add or will this be plenty? 3. How long should I let the plants acclimate before I add him? I'm open to any and all advice including substrate. I'm planning on using black gravel and making a white "river" running thru it with some round rocks that are green in color in the "river".
