Thank you so much @Colu and @Tony s for the helpful advice i appreciate it a lot! she seems to be doing a lot better the pineconing went away she seems to be swimming better not staying at the bottom she does have kinda of a twitch though not sure if thats normal with this kind of ailment that goes away afterwards

My fish is in the early stages of dropsy can i mix maracyn and prazipro together just so i can do a precautionary mesure of any parasites and Bacterial problems they might have in the main aquarium while i quarantine the sick fish amd also can anybody tell me how much of each i could use in a 5gallon its the only other spare tank i have thats cycled with no fish just snails in it any advice is very much appreciated!!

Phoenixfishroom, thank you for the info. I currently only have 4 i have had them for about 2 years so im gonna have to get a few more then. I do have them in a community though so that may cause some difficulty's. Also ive never really tried a dirted tank would sand be a good alternative? I will add a spawning mob in there in the next few days to see if i have any luck with that. I have noticed them pairing off every now aamd then but never see any eggs or maybe they just get eaten before i can. Nice! Ive never seen a lavender khuli my only resources for fish is petco aand petsmart but i did get lucky and managed to get my hands on a silver khuli which that ome i noticed likes to barrow in the substrate hoping to get more if i see them there. Just wanted to give an update and my fish seem to be doing better. The parasites that were protruding are no longer there i will be doingg one more treatment to make it three treatments in total. Wanna say thanks again

So after i did that water change they all went back to normal none of them are acting sluggish or sick but one of my danios looks like its gills could be a little red or I'm not sure if that's what they're supposed to look like since he's a pink glow danios tried getting a picture but can't mange to get a good one that's not blurry

Laritheloud they were born in the tank I've had they tank for about 8 months one of them was a first generation and the other was a second generation born and i couldn't see any visible signs them being sick but i will get some pictures of the ones acting strange maybe I'm not noticing something Colu Yea I'm going to need to just to make sure everything's good with parameters will go to LFS tomorrow and pick some up also will be ordering coop test strips i did do a 50 percent water change today my platies seem to be the only ones being affected though but once I'm off work tonight will post some pictures of the fish

I have a 20 gallon high with some platies, neon tetras, danios,Corry's,Guppies,shrimp,khulis, and one hillstream loach these last couple of days ive found 2 dead platies a couple more look like they aren't gonna make till tomorrow any idea what could be wrong? i do 50-75 percent water change weekly haven't had a chance to test my water as i ran out of test strips recently

hi im still new to this but i did use api super ich cure and had good results by following the directions on the back and also raised the temperature to 85. also bought the med trio and plan on dosing once i find out if its safe for fry or not

how much salt should i dose on my 20 gallon for my kuhli loaches not to be effected ich keeps coming back in small waves it cleared up and came back but only my molly and tetras are being effected and one of my danios has been acting strange lately swimming close to the top not being a typical danio was wondering if api general cure would be safe to also use with salts and the api super ich medication?

Thank you all for the help could use a bit more advise the ich seems to have cleared up after the second treatment. i also did the a water change today and last treatment for ich all water parameters were normal but I have this one glo fish who's been swimming at the top since yesterday I have an air stone in there for extra oxygen the rest of my fish are fine it's.just that one any ideas of what it could be

So I'm new to this but I am aware of ich had a little bit of an outbreak about two or three weeks ago treated with imagitarium parasite remedy raised temps to about 84+ it cleared up but nowthree of my fish ( platy,guppy, and molly) are starting to itch them self's on the gravel, plants, and decorations no signs of white spots yet on any of them any other reasons they could be doing this?
