    Thanks for all the advice. @Mac I like the idea of an outdoor set up. We have a pond set up we got for free like 6 years ago I have never set up. I might do that now.

    I have 4 amazon puffer fish in my 75 gallon tank (why I am breeding snails). One of the puffers wont eat blood worms so I have been hatching brine shrimp until I can get the snail population going. I feed both tanks brine shrimp so I think the minnows are responding to that. They were also breeding in my 75 gallon. @Fish Folk If you are in Washington State and the babies make it want some? For graduate school I decided to do a masters in environmental science in Washington State instead of Aquaculture in Arkansas. Now I am a food inspector. I sometimes wonder if I should get back to my fishy roots.

    I am unintentionally breeding cloud minnows in my snail tank. I used them to cycle my main tank. So this has lead me to some thoughts and questions. What do you do with the babies when they grow? How do you get into becoming a professional fish breeder? THANKS

    Have the Amazon puffers been released from quarantine? Are there any left? Planning to drive down from Bellingham on Sunday.

    @Robert I work until Saturday so i wont be able to make the trip until Sunday.... Hopefully they are still there and haven't all been bought. =-(🤞

    I was thinking 3 or 4 puffer fish. They would be the main fish. I have a huge driftwood piece, rocks and some plants that hopefully will grow bigger for entertainment.

    I just got done cycling a 75 gallon tank. I added White Cloud Mountain minnows to help cycle the tank and so I had something to look at. I think I have finally decided I want a community tank with Amazon Puffers. I figure I will either have to move the minnows to their own tank or find a new home for them. I am also starting a 10 gallon tank for a snail colony to feed the puffers with. I am looking for advice about Amazon puffers What fish have you found are good tank mates? What disease should I look out for? Besides snails what else are good food? THANKS!

    I am also interested in when the Amazon Puffers will make it to the sales floor. I live in Bellingham but will be in Seattle on Monday and was planning to stop by.

    Do you have any amazon puffer fish available? I live about 2 hours away and with the pandemic and a toddler don't want to make the trip just to see. THANK YOU!
