Can anyone give tips on how to approach a local pet store that the animals are being neglected? My boyfriend and I honestly just want to help and we are willing to volunteer, but we are not sure if that is a good route to go. I attached a google review to basically show that we are not the only local people that feels this way. Please let me know what the best steps are to take.
