  1. looks like it heading in the right direction hopefully he makes a full recovery @TheDesktopAquarium
  2. What are your water parameters ammonia nitrite nitrate that looks like there shedding the slime coat coming that can be caused by poor water quality parasitc or bacterial infection do you use a water dechlorinator like prime when doing water changes @Ohio FishPlant Dude
  3. Frozen or live blood worms daphnia brine shrimp sinking pellets wafers @Mr.catfish
  4. It's looks more like a bacterial infection or an injury with white patch I can't see spots but picture quality isn't the best he's a picture of a fish with ich for comparison if it's just the white patch I would do a course of kanaplex it's a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment @a date with nature

    Worms!

Going off your other picture I would say am 99% sure your fish have camallanus worms bloating could have go down because he's passed some of the worms @Cjbear087
  6. Keep Stable water parameters you can add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 10 gallons that will aid Gill function and add essential electrolytes and as @Tony srecommended add Indian almond leaves as they have antibacterial and antifungal properties you might have to add one leaf per gallon to get a beneficial effect and monitor if you notice any Reddening or fuzzy appearance then would do a course maracyn and ick x
  7. Can you post a picture of the fish it will help with a diagnosis he's how you can tell if your dealing with ich or epistylis if it's ich I would treat with ick X and a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 5 gallons as ich causes massive electrolyte loss and the salt will add back in essential electrolytes
  8. Thought you would have some useful information about pea puffers

    Worms!

If your going to be using anything in another tank I would steriliser now if not I would what till you have finished 4 weeks treatment to steriliser everything
  10. Sorry to say he might not have much time left
  11. Am seeing conflicting information on whether you have to trim pea puffers teeth if they don't your more than likely dealing with wasting disease for that you would want to treat with levamisole active ingredient in expel p once a week for 4 weeks and black out the tank during treatment as levamisole a light sensitive medication am to tag @Odd Duck keeps pea puffer for a second opinion on wether you need to trim there teeth

    Worms!

Camallanus worms can survive for 3 weeks outside of the fish when it infects your fish it can take 4 weeks before you start to see symptoms I would always be concerned about cross contamination with the way you feed cross contamination is very unlikely I couldn't say no chance of cross contamination usually with flubendazole you want to do 4 full courses of treatment 1 week apart that's what I have done with NT labs fluke and wormer that contains flubendazole 1000mg/100ml I found it to be very effective @TOtrees
  13. I have looked at the active ingredient in metrocleanse it only contains metronidazole 200mg no other active ingredients so it shouldn't be harmful to your shrimp metronidazole in food is very effective when treating hole in the head disease and gut infection I usually recommend using it in food if your fish is still eating what disease were you going to treat your fish for with metronidazole
  14. What I would suggest is a course of maracyn2 that's shrimp safe if your going to treat with kanaplex than I would remove the shrimp kanaplex as can be harmful to shrimp @Chick-In-Of-TheSea

    Worms!

I would steriliser your nets and equipment in a bucket containing 3% hydrogen peroxide solution after 24hr it turns into H20 and oxygen you can attach a small pump to your siphon hose and run it in a bucket for 24hr with hydrogen peroxide solution just given them a good rinse in dechlorinated water after the 24hr I would do that at the end of the 4 weeks treatment

    Worms!

some debate as to how long levamisole remains active some think a couple of hour upto 24hr after 24hr your fine to do a water change
  17. Could be egg bound if it's a female what I would do is add epsom salts baths 1 table spoon for 2 gallons for no more than 15 minutes for for 5 days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant if in 5 days your seeing no improvement then I would do a course of kanaplex
  18. Sorry to hear that if you think he's suffering I then i would consider humanely euthanize him with clove oil
  19. You could have had a spike in ammonia weeks ago and now your ammonia gone back to zero it can takes upto 5 weeks for black marks caused by ammonia burn to go away
  20. Salt At that level fine
  21. Aquarium salt will treat external bacterial infections and fungal infections it will help to reduce the swelling in the eye
  22. If he's still active and eating fine back to his old self it's fine to put him back in the main tank
  23. If you have live plants I wouldn't use more than 1 table spoon for 5 gallons just remember to only put back in what you take out so if you do a 5 gallon water change put 1 table spoon of salt back in as salt only removed though water changes
  24. Could be any injury have you noticed any aggression or possibly swim into something in the tank
