  1. I have the exact same tank right now i have rummynose tetras, neon tetras, green neon tetras and three dwarf gouramis. I have also done a 45 gallon guppy tank trust me live bearers are the best they get you so into the hobby because they are constantly breeding would definitely recommend live bearers.
  2. @Rohan PatilI've done a little research about your ph concern and it looks like most corys like it between 7-8
  3. If you are getting a specific fish you can research their preferred ph and if you have fish that are already doing well in your water I wouldn't worry about it.
  4. That's awesome I love breeding fish it just gets me even deeper into the hobby.
  5. Over stocking doesn't matter too much as long as it's not crazy and you keep up on your water changes.
  6. Honestly if your only going away for a few days and you don't have any baby fish your fine going without feeding. I do not think they can be too great for your tanks balance and it's low quality food.
  7. Get a gravel vacuum I'm assuming you don't have one it will help a lot and you clean your tank about once a week depending on how stocked the tank is.
  8. Hi I am a teen fish keeper from Canada I have 6 tanks (ones not setup) I have guppies in a 9 gallon tank, I have a 10 gallon tank that isn't stocked (maybe some possible stocking suggestions) I have a 10 gallon tank with multis shell dweller. I have a 5 gallon with a few guppies. I have a 45 gallon tank with neon tetra, powder gourami's, rummy nose tetra, and green neon's I absolutely love this tank it's my first time keeping tetras.
  9. I have light air but heating is an issue I only have 6 tanks and they are all in my room so I don't heat the room. My point is I can't leave the brine shrimp light on all night which will act as the heater so is it ok if it's at around 76 but then drops down to around 70-69 at night.
