a single light will work well.

air likes to take the path of least resistance. so in order to run multiple objects off the same pump takes multiple valves, and some fiddling to get things balanced out. for only a few small tanks, just run 1 pump per tank, life is easier that way.

i dont think silicone will ever stick in water.

if you like historical things, the USS Turner Joy is open as a museum in Bremerton.

definately find where its coming from. i dont worry about the fish so much as they arent likely going to become a current path, you however can most definately become a path to ground if you stick your hand in a tank with electricity in it.

Crush the Krill flake and any other flake you have, baby brine shrimp (live and frozen, I hatch my own, freeze the vast majority, feed whatever is left live, and then use the frozen through the following week until I need to hatch more), and nano pellets are all you need.
I feed that mix to all of my tanks, and even my Angelfish munch down on the nano pellets and crushed flake.
Repashy should end up like jello like @lefty o said. Pretty sure you use boiling water. I have a jar of Repashy somewhere, but only ever made it like twice, and I’m pretty sure you use boiling water to activate it, just like jello
yes, it is boiling water.

I also had this with my Anubias. But I was growing them out of water. I don’t know what’s wrong with yours. With my problem, they didn’t seem affected by this.
I didn’t have a photo of mine at the time, but mine recovered and grew new roots recently.
Sorry for the upside down photo, my browser is not cooperating with me.
if you resize your pictures, even a tiny amount it will show right side up. or so ive been told.

repashy is supposed to be about like jello. well for me a very stiff jello( i do 1 part repashy to 3 parts hot water). you can also feed repashy powder straight into a tank for small fry, just dont use too much.

has it at any time been near a male guppy? if so, 97.327% she's pregnant.

to be honest, i do survival of the fittest. baby swordtails tend to do okay in a community tank. they will likely be fine where you have them for a week or two while they put on a little size.

Sounds good. I was just curious if there was a common denominator for most that is the easiest to use.
there is, for the most part its find something you have sitting in a drawer, and use that.

from the pic, id say you are pretty close to correct doseage. plants look pretty good.

you can make it in about anything you want. i mix it and leave the excess in like the cheap little 3x3x5 food containers, and pour it into the silicone mini ice cube trays. honestly you can put it in just about anything.

Perplexed over the watersofter as well. I have 22gh tap water and have only used water softner treated water in my tanks. I also occassionally add Fritz salt for disease management in my 55g tetra tank and added two teaspoons per 5g in my liver bearer 20L tank.
Had a discussion here on salt with Amanos, and most seem to suggest that it is okay since they breed in brackish conditions. https://forum.aquariumcoop.com/topic/34287-aquarium-salt-and-amano-shrimp/
More recently, we are debating if my instant Amano die-off was due to the water softener plus the added Fritz salt to my 20L liverbarer tank here. All other fish are doing fine, even in my 55g tetra tank. Link to the dicussion is here:

ill double down, i use water softened water in my tanks, and i add salt to the tanks on top of that. never had an issue with my amanos doing this, nor my fish, nor my plants. pretty much every animal on the face of the earth needs some salt in its diet. co-op Cory uses tons of crushed coral, anybody want to guess how much salt is in coral? i dont know the answer, but its more than what a water softener is putting in your water. if you cant taste the salt in your tap water (you should not be able to, if you can, something is wrong with your softener) its not enough to bother anything.

how big of a tank, and how much are you dosing, and how many hours of light per day?

looks like you may have gotten a defective one. id contact co-op customer service. i can almost guarantee they will take care of it.

it happens, it sucks, and its like a gut punch. almost 30 years straight of keeping fish, and it finally happened to me about 4 years ago. it hurt bad, but i got over it, and got the tank healthy again.

it's mostly just annoying. not structural. i had a stone get between my magnetic scrapers before. now i have to look at it every time. 😒
did that on the side panel of my 120. ive been looking at those scratches for more than 20 years.

maybe. ive had them, and it seems to me that at about a dozen they become slightly less elusive. of course the tanks hardscape, and plants, and other fish also have a bearing on it.

crawfish can and will snatch anything they can get their claws on.
