  1. some times just stopping can cause them to be troublesome, and you found the cure.
  2. i would have zero concerns netting out of 1 tank, and instantly plopping them into the other.
  3. you can use just about any amount of filters you want, or any combination of filters. there is no single rule that says you must run X amount of filtration per gallon. so many variables involved. you can always adjust flow of your filters, add filters to what you have, or change them for something else.
  4. just keep in mind the bottle directions are a good average tank starting point. so you might need less, or you might need more. pick a dosage, and keep a good eye on the plants for 3 or 4 weeks, and adjust dosage as needed.

  12. you got some spindly wood there!😲 is probably fine as is. being that large, it would be difficult to soak it in a tub of hot water.
  13. i agree, id start with 1. you can always add more if you feel the need.
  14. if healthy, they will keep right on growing. the magic of rhizome plants.
  15. you definately need to supplement its food, even if you had algae. some veggies, or pleco wafers etc. those common pleco's especially as they get larger in an aquarium tend to occupy one spot most of the time.
