Added api algaefix to my 60 gal tank some fish and snails died and the rest are very lithorgic, it’s been 24 hours no more fish have died and some seem to be getting more active any one else have this happen.

I have had 2 fish disappear overnight, and the reason I think the snails are devouring them is I had a angel die about an hour after putting him in tank and snails had latched on to him so hard I had to use the tongs to get them off before getting out of tank. The platty was there yesterday morning no where to be found this morning
