  1. Betta pellets and he tends to eat the carnivorous one that floats to the bottom.
  2. No. None of those. Maybe rapid breathing on one of my corydoras. I'll keep an eye out. Thanks Tips on betta constipation? I feel my last 3 bettas have been constipated. I give them pellets and flakes and he sometimes eats the carnivorous pellets I give my bottom dwellers
  3. Thank you. Are they caused by worms? Should I treat the entire tank?
  4. My betta was fine Friday. Came home Sunday and he is hiding lethargic and has this red bulge coming out. What could it be? Someone told me prolapse Anus and it's worms and to use levisome? He ate Friday when I fed him. Lives in a planted community tank. He was out of water for 20 sec tops to take these photos. Hard to get a photo in the tank
  5. thank you! your info has been so helpful! could it be ph too? my ph tends to be high.
  6. Good Morning, I was wondering if someone could help me? I am new to aquatic plants and after doing really well with java fern, anubias, and moss after a few months I wanted to try frogbit. I have had frogbit for almost 2 weeks now. Some leaves are turning yellow and I dont know why. I fertilize with aquarium co-op easy green once a week. Its a 10 gallon divided tank. I keep my lights on. I have the nicrew light for a 10 gallon. Sponge filters from aquarium co-op. I have 2 betta fish in the tank (divided). Is it a nutrient deficiency? Too much water movement? Too much light? I tried to do research on my own, but I would appreciate some feedback from someone who has experience. Thank you! Brittany
  7. Can I cycle my tank with plants in the tank? Or do I need to wait for my tank to finish cycling before I put them in there?
  8. Hi everyone! New to planted aquariums. I want to add some plants to my betta tank. It is a 10 gallon divided tank. With that, I have only 5 gallons to work with. How many plants can I put in? Any recommendations? Was looking at java fern, anubias, and I have 4 moss balls already. I just do not want to buy too many and not have room for them. Plus plants grow and fill in the tank correct? I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Should I get one java fern and one type of anubias? Qas also looking at Cryptocoryne Lucens. I should also mention they need to be low light plants. Thanks! I already have the easy green all in one fertilizer. Thanks a million, Brittany
