Cloudy water after adding quarantine meds

Oh yeah also took out the carbon filters -
I have a 110 gallon freshwater tank. I put the the quarantine trio meds in and the next day the water became cloudy. Should I change the water and/or the filters, or wait? Worried because I lost 2 fish already.
