  1. Sure does look like one - I always find a few later in tanks where I've removed the clutches - These are on the 3 rd week since I busted them out - I was very happy to see the purple or lavender ones again - I feed few pellets of this crab cusine - seems to really help growth and keep shells solid
  2. I hope yours works better than mine did - never showed single sign of fertility - I plan to try again weekend of the 4th is there a period of time suggested to filter rain water after collection?
  3. Thank you - Very Helpful - I was wanting to do a 5gallon peat method - his video is excellent
  4. I believe I had one tray with eggs. And the other just a couple happy fish to head back to their tank - My phone camera doesn't seems to want to focus. They're incredibly hard to see. I know these really look like Bigfoot photos - guess a need a camera again. They show up on the tray bottom- and a few stuck to the plastic plants I will see if anything comes from these - I also guess conditioning the breeders these last two weeks inspired mystery snails to leave a clutch last night - so that's a plus
  5. I felt the same way - The RO unit was my only issue - I have no idea where i can set such a item up in my home I did see a Peat Moss tank setup one that I also may attempt
  6. Tonight marks my first try with this . I have copied the KFS neon breeding trays method but without the RO water. I think if my results are bad that water hardness is my issue - so for this try its - one pair in 2 gallon trays - so 2 of these with artificial mat to collect eggs? maybe? And live floating plants - set inside empty container and covered with towels for complete darkness - see how it goes
  7. He's now somewhere near the 6 year old mark -He's still extremely healthy and he still takes care of his young like he always has.
  8. Thank you - They are Raybee from Amazon Only downside was the 400lb per shelf issue - not so much a worry with all nano tanks They're metal shelves. I have everything on oversized leveling pad - and can see all parts behind the tanks except for what rest near office desk - I was concerned there might be water standing without my knowledge - so far so good
  9. Have watched this forum from the sidelines for a long time - love everything the group stands for Out of High school pet store employee - late 80s Store owner - followed by 10 years retail management - and currently 22 years in construction road excavation field I have always had single 37 gallon tank in house after my store owning days - I started watching co-op videos somewhere in 2017 and was really inspired to get back into fish keeping on a larger scale - added tanks from there. Spent my vacation, Memorial week combining all nano tanks to single 7 foot rack in my office I have an out of control illness when it comes to BN plecos - spending my time moving pairs around to see what variations can produce. Our local stores - Petsmart and Petco get regular donations of them and mystery snails to help with overpopulation working on Neon Tetra spawns currently and different Cory Cats- only Albino successful at this time My current and future setups are : 2-65gallon, 2-5gallon, 4-7gallon, 2-15gallon Fluval, 2-9gallon Fluval, 1-20gallon long - and very soon plan to add 2-40gallon breeder rack Thanks everyone for all the wonderful information I have discovered on this forum-
