You can't really see the spillage on the side of the bucket but it was most likely equivalent to the size of a water drop

My sister spilled some detergent (Tide Plus Ultra Oxi) in my bucket that contains my filter media keep in mind it’s a small drop. Do I rinse the media and start my cycle all over?

I am asking for some advice on quarantining fish. I did the Trio and followed the provided instructions from the Aquarium Co-Op care guide but I didn't add Ich X on my 3rd week but I did add paraclense and maracyn. I am now in my 4th week which is just water changes. I am wondering if I should dose Ich X because so far by inspecting the fish I haven't seen any Ich.

I've been drip acclimating them in a bucket for 6 hours, and I haven't added them into the tank but I have an air stone in the bucket and I dosed the qt tank with the trio right now I am in the beginning of week 3 dosing -
Today I just bought some female endlers and I have an established quarantine tank that I have been quarantining some fish for the past 2 weeks I was wondering if I should add those female endlers or setup another quarantine tank? Thanks
